WISC-V Composite Score Graph Creator
Quickly create visually stunning graphs and charts for cognitive reports involving WISC-V results.
Download the free WISC-V Composite Score Graph Creator in Excel and plot scores on a normal distribution curve, bar charts, and banded classifications displays. Easily copy/paste the graphs into Word or PowerPoint documents.

How to use the graph creator?
Step 1. Navigate to the “Graph Creator” sheet inside the excel document.
After you open the Excel document, you will see two tabs in the bottom left corner. Click on the one that says Graph Creator.

Step 2. Enter the WISC-V composite standard scores (ranging from 40 – 160).
Look for the Composite Score Table, as pictured on the left. Enter appropriate scores in the Score Column. All four graphs will automatically adjust in accordance with the scores you enter.

Step 3. Adjust graphs.
Change colour, text and other formatting options for the graphs.
Sometimes, if scores are clustered together, the normal distribution graph can look messy. In order to fix this, simply click on each composite label and move them to a more appropriate location on the graph.
Step 4. Copy and paste graphs into custom reports.
Simply copy/paste the graph you want into your full report.
Paste with “Keep source formatting and embed workbook” to ensure formatting remains stable and editable across software. Paste with “Picture” to paste a static image of the graph into your report.
